Terms of Sale

You must be at least 21 years of age and acquiring products for laboratory research use. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe products are intended for human or veterinary use.

All products are supplied subject to the Research Use Only Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Where these terms and that disclaimer conflict, the disclaimer controls.

Submitting an order through this website is an offer to purchase. It is not a confirmed order and it does not reserve stock. No contract is formed and no stock is allocated until we confirm receipt of payment in full. We may decline any order for any reason before that point.

We do not accept credit or debit cards and we do not collect payment card information at any point. Payment is made by direct transfer via Zelle, using the details in your order confirmation email.

You are responsible for sending the exact amount stated and including the order reference we provide. A payment that omits the reference, or that differs from the stated amount, may be delayed or returned. We are not responsible for payments sent to any address other than the one in your payment instructions — if the details you see do not match those instructions, stop and contact us before sending.

Orders for which payment is not received within 48 hours may be cancelled.

All sales are final once payment is processed. Refunds are not issued except where we are unable to fill your order after payment; see the Shipping & Returns page.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of shipping and any applicable tax. Stock figures displayed on this website are indicative and are not updated in real time. If an item becomes unavailable after you order and before payment is received, we will contact you to refund or substitute at your direction.

Shipping terms are set out in the Shipping & Returns page. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Products are warranted only to conform to the specification and purity documented in the certificate of analysis for the lot supplied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — are disclaimed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to any product or these terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, or property damage, even if advised of the possibility.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raw Biotech LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, fine, penalty, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: your purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, or disposal of any product; your breach of these terms or the Research Use Only Disclaimer; your violation of any law or regulation; or any use of a product in or on a human or animal.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may revise these terms at any time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
